Our Services
We provide design, engineering, and strategic services including but not limited to:

- Lifecycle marketing and email/SMS programmes
- AI integration and automation
- Google Business Profile management
- Social media management (LinkedIn)
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project proposals and statements of work.
Engagement Process
Discovery Call
Our engagement begins with a 30-minute discovery call at no cost. This is an opportunity to discuss your project, assess fit, and determine next steps.
Proposal
If we proceed, we will provide a written proposal outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and fixed pricing. You are under no obligation to accept.
Agreement
Work begins once you accept the proposal and initial payment is received. A formal contract or statement of work will be issued for all projects.
Payment Terms
- Fixed-price projects typically require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remainder due upon completion.
- Retainer services are billed monthly in advance, with payment due within 7 days of invoice.
- All fees are quoted in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
- Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. This includes designs, code, written content, and other bespoke work.
We retain ownership of our methodologies, tools, templates, and any pre-existing intellectual property. We also reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, software licenses) remain the property of their respective owners. You are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses for ongoing use.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:
- Provide timely feedback and approvals
- Supply necessary content, assets, and access credentials
- Respond to questions and requests within agreed timeframes
- Designate a single point of contact for the project
Delays caused by late client feedback or materials may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination:
- You will pay for all work completed up to the termination date
- We will transfer any completed deliverables upon receipt of final payment
- Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable
Limitation of Liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic levels, or conversion rates.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
